Since 2008, CSD Engineering has been heavily involved in federal work, successfully completing more than 30 projects at military bases across the country, including bachelor enlisted quarters/barracks facilities, Officer housing, aircraft maintenance hangars, shopping centers, fast food restaurants, educational facilities (training centers and schools), vehicle maintenance facilities, command headquarters, storage facilities, communications buildings, and all associated roadway, parking, water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure.
Serving both the client and the end-user, CSD Engineering works to ensure Federal DoD design guidelines are met along with military branch & base specific, State and local requirements, including the incorporation of low impact development (LID) practices and attaining LEED® certifications.
With the majority of projects achieving LEED® Gold certification or better, CSD Engineering’s Federal work provides both environmentally friendly and cost effective design solutions.
